Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") 

This Agreement was last modified on 1st December 2014. 

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using www.hunnibunniboutique.co.uk ("the Site") operated by HunniBunni Designs ("us", "we", or "our"). This Agreement sets forth the legally binding terms and conditions for your use of the Site at www.hunnibunniboutique.co.uk. By accessing or using the Site in any manner, including, but not limited to, visiting or browsing the Site or contributing content or other materials to the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Capitalised terms are defined in this Agreement. 

Intellectual Property

The Site and its original content, features and functionality are owned by HunniBunni Designs and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. 

Termination

We may terminate your access to the Site, without cause or notice, which may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information associated with you. All provisions of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability. 

Links To Other Sites

Our Site may contain links to third-party sites that are not owned or controlled by HunniBunni Designs. HunniBunni Designs has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party sites or services. We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policy of any third-party site that you visit. 

Governing Law

This Agreement (and any further rules, polices, or guidelines incorporated by reference) shall be governed and construed in accordance with English law without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. 

Changes To This Agreement

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions by posting the updated terms on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions. Please review this Agreement periodically for changes. If you do not agree to any of this Agreement or any changes to this Agreement, do not use, access or continue to access the Site or discontinue any use of the Site immediately.

Prices

The prices quoted are those ruling at the time of production. Due to circumstances beyond our control, prices may have to be altered up or down, including any alterations to the rate of value added tax. The correct price will be shown when you place your order.

Free Delivery Offers

Free delivery offers are subject to availability and are NOT applicable to addresses outside mainland UK unless otherwise stated. Free delivery offers also can not be used in conjunction with any other offer or against sale items unless otherwise stated.

Cancellation

Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 you have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days following receipt of your Goods. Please be aware that your right to cancel does not apply to certain products that we sell, for example, personalised and/or customised products. You must inform us of your wish to cancel in writing within 7 working days following the date of receipt and must take reasonable care of the products and not use them. You can inform us by contacting us by email at info@hunnibunniboutique.co.uk. You should return products to us in their original packaging, as soon as possible after informing us of your wish to cancel. If you return products to us, we will not be responsible for any loss or damage to them during transit and we recommend that you use a recorded or secure delivery method. If goods are lost or damaged in transit, we may charge you, or not refund to you, amounts that are attributable to the loss or damage.

All orders will be sent using either APC Overnight Couriers or Royal Mail Recorded/Signed For
If you have ordered multiple items, they may be sent separately.

UK Mainland - £3.95

UK Non Mainland - £6.95 - Northern Ireland (BT), Isle of Wight (PO30-37), Isle of Man (IM), Scottish Highlands and Orkney Isles (PA, ML, EH, KA, G, KY, PH, DD, AB, IV, KW), Outer Hebrides and the Shetland Isles (HS, ZE)

Europe - £8.95

Worldwide - £11.95

All parcels will need to be signed for, all orders will be dispatched to the billing address only. In the event that no-one is available to sign for the goods, the carrier will leave notification of their delivery attempt with the necessary redelivery information. If you should refuse delivery of goods, or are not available to accept the delivery on both delivery attempts, you will be required to cover any extra costs incurred.

Returns

In addition to your rights described under the Distance Selling Regulations above, in the unlikely event you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can simply return it to us in its original, saleable condition with a returns note stating the reason for return.
Please allow 10 working days from our receipt of your returns for us to process a refund. The time frame is dictated by your bank or card issuer and is outside of our control. Your refund will be credited to the same card with which you made your original purchase. If there is a problem with issuing a refund to your card, our customer service team will contact you.
Subject to your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations, your initial delivery charge will only be refunded, if the item/s were faulty or the wrong item/s were sent. In all other cases (except those under the Distance Selling Regulations) you will be refunded the full value of the item/s returned less the delivery charge. If a discount was applied to your original order, the amount refunded will be adjusted accordingly.

We strongly recommend that you send the parcel by recorded delivery mail and keep a copy of the recorded delivery number just in case your parcel goes missing. HunniBunni Boutique is not responsible for items lost by recorded delivery mail in the returns process. The cost of returning the item will be at your expense. Please see Exceptions for items which cannot be returned.

Exceptions to the Returns Policy

Subject to your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations 2000, the following items are not included in our standard returns policy. We cannot accept any returns of items that have been used, personalised and/or customised items, and jewellery.
